Generally, the trademarks of ILAC, or its subsidiaries may not be used without the express written permission of ILAC. However, limited fair use of these trademarks (not including logos) is acceptable provided that the marks are used for the purpose of identifying or describing the company’s services and comply with the following trademark usage practice:

When using the word marks to talk about ILAC services, include: (i) the appropriate marking symbol (e.g. ™ or ®), and (ii) the appropriate generic descriptor the first time it appears (e.g., service, website, blog).
